Miramar is just as Tim says it is. Very clean, friendly/family town. Not over populated like some towns are. Additionally, the lots have stunning views. If you closed your eyes and didn’t know you were in Costa Rica…….. the second you opened them, you would think you were in Santa Barbara overlooking the ocean. Except at 1/15 the price you would pay in California. We hope to retire here in Miramar, Costa Rica within the next ten years.

It was great to have you down and show you Miramar. This WILL be the nicest master planned community in Costa Rica. The views truly are amazing, and the town of Miramar takes you back in time. The people are very friendly and the town is the cleanest town I have seen in my life.
The weather is beautiful and the temperature is consistently 10 degrees cooler than you will find on the beach. You can be at the beach in 10 minutes from your lot or you can enjoy the many amenities that we will have: Canopy tours, horse trails, walking trails, 18 hole golf course.
This will be a once in a lifetime opportunity.
