What sort of rental market is there for the beach homes your investors buy? Is most of the rental of these beach homes in Costa Real on longer term leases or on short vacation leases? What does the cash flow situation look like for your investors that aren’t ready to move there full time? We’re 4-5 years from early retirement (where we will continue to work 1/2 the year) and 10 years from full retirement.

Currently, we have Alamo Homes as our preferred property management company for Costa Del Sol, which is our 1st phase of a 2 phase project. Costa Real will be started and fully under construction within 90 days. By the time that the first homes will be done in Costa Real, the community as a whole will be in full swing. Aside from that, we are really one of the only gated single family home beach community in the entire area. The competitions product are virtually all luxury condos. Beach homes are the ticket. I will attach images of our product in Costa Del Sol.
Most of the clients that will be staying in these homes will be staying for around a week or two typically.
Cash flow really depends on loan terms and the amount that is allocated for your down payment as well. Feel free to get in touch with your Costa Rica Power Team representative for more details.
Insurance for your personal belongings can be had through a Costa Rican insurance company called INS. Title insurance can be attained through Stewart Title, a large U.S. based title company.
Financing we are currently working with HSBC bank and Scotia Bank. We are also aligning ourselves with two other Brokers and are constantly looking for the best rates and terms.
